When a Strong Inventory Opportunity Needs a Buyer

Elsa works with professional dealers, brokers, and owner-led businesses on selected high-value inventory transactions. When an opportunity fits, Elsa may buy the goods in its own name and work with the operator through resale under written, deal-specific terms.

What We Do / 01

We Work One Transaction at a Time

The operator brings the market knowledge, the opportunity, and the proposed route to resale. Elsa reviews the goods, the commercial case, and the people behind the transaction.

If we proceed, the written agreement sets ownership, custody, risk, insurance, payment, resale responsibilities, and commercial settlement before funds or goods move.

  • Clear Review

We aim to respond promptly with a clear next step. Timing depends on complete information, required checks, and the transaction.

  • Purchase on Written Terms

If the transaction is approved and the agreement is signed, Elsa may complete the purchase in its own name and for its own account under the agreed conditions.

  • Resale and Closeout

The operating partner and Elsa perform the roles agreed for the transaction. Any resale follows the signed agreement and applicable holding or release requirements. Commercial settlement takes place after closing and receipt of cleared funds.

  1. Share the Opportunity

For the first review, tell us the item category, price range, country or general location, timing, available documentation, and proposed route to resale. Do not send names or documents through the public form.

  2. We Review It

We review the commercial case, seller authority, available ownership and item documentation, condition, payment route, and proposed resale. We may request input from an independent specialist when appropriate.

  3. We Complete the Checks

If there is a potential fit, we provide an appropriate channel for the counterparty and item information needed to complete the review.

  4. We Put It in Writing

The agreement states when title passes, where the goods are held, who bears each risk, whether insurance applies, how payment is made, who handles the resale, and how settlement works.

  5. We Complete and Settle

The transaction proceeds only after the agreed conditions and applicable legal requirements are satisfied. Any resale and settlement follow the signed agreement.
